Oakridge Village Condominiums are located in Farmington, Utah and border on the East side of the Oakridge Country Club. The Village consists of 36 units made up of a combination of triplexes and duplexes. The homeowner fees include outdoor grounds maintenance, outdoor building maintenance, and snow removal including removal to front door. Decks, hot tubs, personal plant planting, etc. are the responsibility of each owner. The grounds consist of large grass areas with multiple mature trees for plenty of outdoor activity and a swimming pool. Pool is open each year from Memorial to Labor Days.
